Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of creatorcap.app, its API and the CREATORCAP programs on Solana (together, "CREATORCAP"). By using CREATORCAP you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

What CREATORCAP is

CREATORCAP is software. It shows public scorecards ("receipts") of coins X accounts have posted about, and gives each X account whose owner opts in a market of caps on a Solana bonding curve. Trades are executed by the cap-market program, not by us. We never hold your funds or your keys.

Who can use it

Caps

Account owners

Only the owner of an X account can open its market, by signing in with X and connecting a wallet. Opening is permanent for that market: holders can always sell, even if you stop using CREATORCAP. You are responsible for the wallet you use and for any taxes on fees you receive.

Rooms and conduct

Don't use CREATORCAP to break the law, manipulate markets, impersonate others, post others' private information, spam, or harass. We may remove messages and suspend members who do. Room messages are visible to the account owner and every holder of that market.

Receipts

Receipts are computed from public posts and public on-chain data. They can be wrong or delayed and are not advice. Account owners can ask us to delist a receipts page; see Delisting.

No advice, your risk

Nothing on CREATORCAP is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You use it at your own risk. Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers and blockchains can fail.

Disclaimers and liability

CREATORCAP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses from trades, program behavior, network outages or third-party wallets, and our total liability is limited to US$100.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use CREATORCAP after an update means you accept it. Questions: @creatorcap on X.
